Frequently asked questions
Do our guests need an app or an account?
No. The QR code opens your gallery in the browser. Your guests pick photos and videos and upload them – nothing to install, no sign-up.
How many photos can our guests upload?
As many as they like. Single photos can be up to 50 MB, videos up to 2 GB.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes. Videos are converted for the gallery so they play on every device. You keep the original to download.
How do we get all the pictures?
Select what you want in the gallery – or simply everything – and download it as a ZIP file. You get the originals, your guests a smaller version.
Who can see the photos?
Whoever has access to your wedding website: your guests, by password or personal link, and anyone with the photo link. Search engines don't list the gallery. Photos you don't want to show, you simply delete.
Does it cost extra?
No. The gallery with guest uploads is part of every wedding – including the free one for up to 30 people. People uploading through the photo link don't count as guests.
