What your table cards can do
Table names from the seating chart
Pick the event, and Unser Ja turns every table of its seating chart into a card with that table's name. Or print one card without a table name that can stand on any table.
QR code for photos or the website
The code leads either to the photo upload, where your guests upload without an app or sign-up, or to your website with schedule and directions.
Matching your website
The cards take the style and colour of your website. Your names, the date and your cover photo can go on them too. You write the heading and text yourselves, in English or German.
Three formats
A6 portrait like a postcard, a 120 × 120 mm square, or a folded tent card in landscape that reads from both sides.
Print at home or have them printed
For home printing you get A4 sheets at actual size with crop marks. For a print shop there is a PDF with one page per card in its final size, bleed and embedded fonts.
From the table straight into your gallery
Your guests scan the code with their phone camera and land in the photo upload of your gallery – no app, no account, no password. You see everything they upload while the party is still going.

Table card
Stands on the table and shows its name or number. That's what you design in Unser Ja – with a QR code for photos or your website.
Place card
A small card with one guest's name at their seat. You decide who sits where in the seating chart; the place cards themselves aren't designed with us.
Seating plan
The overview at the entrance: which guest sits at which table. You print your seating chart with every table and name.

Frequently asked questions
What do the table cards cost?
Nothing extra. Design and PDF are part of every wedding, including the free one for up to 30 people. You only pay for printing if you use a print shop.
Which paper works for printing at home?
Sturdy paper from about 250 g/m², so the cards stand. The A4 sheets are at actual size with crop marks, so you can cut them cleanly.
How do I order the cards from a print shop?
Download the print shop PDF and order the matching format with the bleed shown. With several tables the PDF has several pages – print shops usually call that a multi-design order.
Do our guests need an app to use the QR code?
No. The phone camera recognises the code and opens your gallery or website in the browser.
What if we change the seating chart?
The cards are made from the current seating chart when you download them. If you rename a table or add one, just download the PDF again.
Are there place cards with guests' names too?
No, Unser Ja doesn't design place cards per guest. You can print your seating chart with every table and name, though, for example as a seating plan for the entrance.
