How you keep track

    Decide what venue, catering, photography, music, attire and the other categories may cost. Unser Ja shows what's left and where you're over the target.

  • Every expense with a status

    Add every expense with amount and category and mark it as open, partly paid or paid. For deposits you note how much has already been paid.

  • Booked vendors automatically

    Whatever you book in the marketplace appears in your costs by itself, with deposit and balance, and stays in sync with the booking.

  • Reminders for balances

    For bookings through Unser Ja we remind you by email 14 and 7 days before the balance is due.

Frequently asked questions

How do we plan our wedding budget?

Start with your number of guests, because food, drinks and venue depend on it almost entirely. Then split a total across the categories and compare every quote with your target. The cost calculator helps with a first estimate.

Which categories are there?

The same as in the cost calculator: venue, catering, photography, music, attire, rings, flowers & decor, stationery and other. Add your own categories simply by typing them in.

Can we keep the budget together?

Yes. Your partner sees and edits the same numbers. Helpers only see the costs if you give them access to that area.

What about vendors we don't book through Unser Ja?

Add them as vendors in your planner and record the amount as an expense right away. In the overview they sit next to your bookings.

Does the budget planner cost anything?

No. It's part of every wedding, free for up to 30 people, €79 once for bigger weddings.
