How your table cards come together
Numbers are quick: “Table 1” to “Table 12” – you choose the word before the number. Your own table names like “Rose Garden” or “Lavender” go in line by line.
Each card can carry your names, the date, a headline and a short text. Enter an address and a QR code goes on it, for example to your wedding website or photo gallery.
What you enter stays in your browser. For the preview and the PDF we send it to our server, which makes the cards – none of it is stored.
Frequently asked questions
What do the table cards cost?
Nothing. Designing and the PDF are free, with no sign-up. You only pay for printing if you use a print shop.
Which paper works for printing at home?
Heavy paper from about 250 g/m², so the cards stand up. The A4 sheets are true to size with crop marks, so you can cut them neatly.
How do we order the cards from a print shop?
Download the print-shop PDF and order the matching format with the bleed given. With several tables the PDF has several pages – print shops usually call that a multi-design order.
Where does the QR code lead?
To the address you enter, for example your wedding website or a photo gallery. Without an address the cards get no code and the table name is printed larger.
Do you store our table names?
No. They are only sent to our server for the preview and the PDF and discarded afterwards. When you close the page, they're gone.
Does this work with our seating chart?
Yes, with a free account: there the cards come from the tables of your seating chart, and the QR code leads to your own photo gallery. Free for up to 30 people.
