A checklist with due dates
Take over tasks by planning phase with due dates that fit your date. If the date moves, Unser Ja offers to move the open tasks along.
On the day, even offline
The day view shows the schedule with who's in charge and the check-in list with tables. Helpers tick guests off by name or QR code, even with weak signal at the venue; the ticks are sent as soon as the connection is back.
No app store
Unser Ja runs in the browser. With “Add to Home Screen” or “Install app” it sits on your phone like an app – no store download and always up to date.
The day itself: check-in and schedule in your pocket
On the wedding day your helpers open the day view: who's already there, who's still missing, which table someone sits at and what's next on the schedule. The data is stored on the device, so a dead spot in the vaulted cellar doesn't stop anything.

Frequently asked questions
Is Unser Ja in the App Store or on Google Play?
No, and it doesn't need to be: Unser Ja runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen from the browser menu. Then it opens like an app, without an address bar.
Does the app work without internet?
The day view for the wedding day does: schedule and check-in list are stored on the device, and check-ins made offline are sent later. For the planning itself you need a connection.
Can we plan as a couple?
Yes. You each have your own account and see the same wedding. Changes from one of you show up for the other instantly.
What may our best people see?
You decide: for each area, such as guest list, costs or seating chart, whether they see nothing, may only read or may also edit.
Is the app available in German too?
Yes. Everyone picks their own language, English or German. You can show your website to your guests in both languages.
