How your place cards come together

One name per line makes one card. You can also copy the names from Excel and paste them here.

Place cards usually carry just the name. If you like, add a welcome line, your names with the date, or a QR code to an address of your choice.

What you enter stays in your browser. For the preview and the PDF we send it to our server, which makes the cards – none of it is stored.

Frequently asked questions

What do the place cards cost?

Nothing. Designing and the PDF are free, with no sign-up.

Flat or folded – what's the difference?

Flat cards (90 × 50 mm) go into a card holder or lie on the plate; 10 fit on an A4 sheet. Folded cards are printed open and folded in the middle so they stand on their own; 4 fit on a sheet.

How do we print the cards correctly?

Print the PDF at “Actual size” (100 %), not “Fit to page”, ideally on heavy paper from 250 g/m². Then cut along the crop marks.

Can we upload our guest list?

Yes, our free guest list template or your own Excel or CSV sheet with columns like “First name” and “Last name”. The file is read in your browser and only the names are taken.

Do you store our guests' names?

No. They are only sent to our server for the preview and the PDF and discarded afterwards. When you close the page, they're gone.

What does an account add?

With a free account the names come straight from your guest list – only those who said yes, with their table from the seating chart. Free for up to 30 people.
