Everything about your guests in one place
Import from Excel or CSV
Already have a list? Upload it and match the columns: names, contact details, address, groups, allergies and which events someone is invited to. The import recognises plus-ones by the “Invited by” column.
Plus-ones and children
Set how many plus-ones each guest may bring. Add them yourselves, or let your guests name them when they reply. Mark children as children, so they show up separately in the numbers and for the food.
Menus and allergies
Offer menus per event, such as meat, fish and vegetarian. Your guests choose for themselves and their plus-ones and mention allergies. You see how many adults and children picked each menu – exactly what the kitchen needs to know.
Numbers per event
Invited, coming, not coming, pending: for every event Unser Ja counts people, including plus-ones, children and the two of you. You also see how many invitations have been answered.
Groups, filters and export
Put guests into groups like “Family” or “Uni friends” and filter by event, reply, menu or missing contact details. Export the filtered list as an Excel file, for the venue or the addresses on your invitations.

Click a name to see everything you know about that person: contact and address, groups, invitation and reply per event, menu, plus-ones and the personal link with a QR code for the invitation card.

Frequently asked questions
Can we bring our Excel list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file whose first row holds the column headings and match the columns. Groups that don't exist yet are created along the way.
How are children and plus-ones counted?
Every person is on the list individually. Plus-ones belong to the guest who brings them, and children are marked as children. The numbers show adults, children and plus-ones separately.
What happens when guests reply online?
The reply shows up in your guest list right away, with menu choice, plus-ones and the answers to your questions. No retyping.
Can we both work on the guest list?
Yes. Invite your partner and, if you like, your best people or family. For helpers you decide whether they may see the guest list, edit it or not open it at all.
How do we get the list out again?
As an Excel file: the whole list or exactly the guests currently filtered, for example everyone coming to the party.
How many guests are free?
Up to 30 people on the list, guests and plus-ones together – the two of you don't count. For bigger weddings you unlock once for €79.
