How early should we book a wedding photographer?
For Saturdays between May and September, ideally 9 to 12 months ahead. Weekdays and the off-season usually need less notice.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Ceremony, reception and group photos often take four to six hours. If you want getting ready and the first dance too, plan eight to ten.
When do we get the photos?
The photographer's package says so. A few weeks is common, often with a small preview shortly after the wedding.
